Compressor Instruction Booklet

Please read and follow these instructions when using this compressor.

Step One:

Hook up your bottle to the high pressure hoses as normal. Open the purge valve (twist anti-clockwise). Don’t open your bottle yet….

Step Two:

Make sure that the air valve (bronze coloured facet at the bottom left of the main body of the compressor) is open before you begin.

Step Three:

Hit the power switch on the wall  -  this should bring the compressor to life.

Step Four:

Allow the compressor to run for a few second (5-10). Now fully close the Air Valve.

Step Five:

Now open your bottles. The compressor will fill them to 230 bar and then blow off, but it will not stop so do not leave your bottles unattended. (see pictue on next page)

Step Six.

Check that the compressor has indeed blown off.

Once you are sure the compressor has blown off close your bottles and the purge valves.

Now remove unclamp the hoses and remove the bottles.

Step Seven:

Once you have finished filling all bottles you must shut down the compressor.

To do this we open the air valve again.

This should cause the compressor to blow off through the exhaust hose.

You can now shut it down using the red power switch on the wall.

Note:

The following safety equipment should be present and should be used when operating the compressor.
